Bio

Steven Grasso is a seasoned law enforcement officer from the Agawam Police Department. Rising through the ranks, his time as a patrol sergeant, safety/crime prevention officer and narcotics supervisor, in particular, uniquely qualify him for his role of instructor with Protective Advanced Safety Services (PASS), an organization he co-founded with John Nettis. With experience in crime scene management, drug identification and incident command systems, Grasso brings believability to scenario-based learning, allowing participants the unique opportunity to witness and respond to workplace emergencies, evacuating their own workspaces following routes mapped out by PASS. To further customize his training experiences, Grasso and his team make it a point to visit the workplace to identify vulnerabilities unique to the property so that when they do provide training, it’s customized, relevant and actionable should an emergency occur.
